Thank you for choosing Global Influence Agency. By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

GIA provides professional coaching, consulting, digital infrastructure, training, and community support. Our services may include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching and mentoring programs

  • Business support, strategy, and success frameworks

  • Digital infrastructure (websites, funnels, CRM, automations)

  • Live or recorded workshops, events, and training programs

  • Marketing, branding, and social media resources

  • Ongoing support and client success assistance

We may add, update, or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Business Disclaimer and Guarantee

  • GIA provides education, tools, strategies, and support intended to help you improve and grow your business.

  • We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, including revenue, profit, or client acquisition.

  • Your outcomes depend on your own decisions, effort, and external factors.

  • What we guarantee is delivery of services, materials, and professional support as outlined in your purchase.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with GIA, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at all times.

  • Actively participate and implement the strategies, tools, and systems provided.

  • Take full responsibility for your own business outcomes.

  • Comply with payment schedules, deadlines, and instructions provided.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan.

  • Payments are processed through approved third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Wise, PayPal).

  • Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, each installment must be paid on or before its due date.

  • Late Payments: If payment is more than 14 days late, a 5% late fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

  • If payment remains unpaid after 30 days, services may be suspended or terminated and the full balance will become immediately due.

  • GIA reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts through collection processes, including interest and recovery costs.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Deposits and retainers

  • Subscriptions and ongoing services

  • Program, course, or training fees

  • Event registrations and tickets

  • Digital products and materials

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including non-participation, dissatisfaction, or failure to implement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, systems, processes, training, and content provided by GIA are our intellectual property.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and internal business use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute GIA materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GIA shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, opportunities, or indirect/consequential damages.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • You accept full responsibility for your business results and decisions.

9. Termination

GIA may suspend or terminate services immediately if you:

  • Breach these Terms,

  • Fail to meet payment obligations,

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Force Majeure

GIA shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. For clients located in Indonesia, disputes may alternatively be brought in the courts of Bali, Indonesia, at the sole discretion of GIA.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements or order forms, represent the entire understanding between you and GIA. They supersede all prior discussions, proposals, or agreements.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling in, or using GIA services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
