These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, programs, products, and materials provided by Global Influence, LLC, trading as Global Influence Agency (“GIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing our services, enrolling in any program, or otherwise engaging with Global Influence Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Global Influence Agency provides professional services including, without limitation:

  • Coaching and mentoring programs

  • Business consulting, strategic advisory, and implementation support

  • Digital infrastructure services including websites, funnels, CRM systems, and automations

  • Live and recorded workshops, events, and training programs

  • Marketing, branding, and social media services

  • Community access and client support resources

The specific scope of services shall be defined in the applicable offer description, proposal, order form, or agreement in effect at the time of purchase.

Global Influence Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offering, or program at its sole discretion.

2. Nature of Services and Disclaimer

All services provided by Global Influence Agency are educational, advisory, and informational in nature.

We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and no information provided by GIA shall be construed as such.

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results, including but not limited to revenue, profit, business growth, or client acquisition.

You acknowledge that results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including your effort, decisions, market conditions, and implementation.

Our sole obligation is to provide the services and materials as described in the applicable offer.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with Global Influence Agency, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Act professionally and in good faith

  • Participate and implement at your own discretion and risk

  • Comply with all payment obligations and deadlines

  • Provide requested materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner

Failure to meet these obligations does not relieve you of payment responsibilities or entitle you to refunds, credits, or extensions.

4. Fees, Payments, and Billing

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Wise, and PayPal. Global Influence Agency is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you authorize Global Influence Agency to charge each installment automatically on the agreed dates. Payment plans do not alter the non-refundability of services.

Late Payments

Payments outstanding for more than fourteen (14) days may incur a late fee of up to five percent (5%) of the outstanding balance.

If payment remains unpaid for thirty (30) days or more, Global Influence Agency may suspend or terminate services and declare the remaining balance immediately due and payable.

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of unpaid amounts, including reasonable collection costs, interest, and legal fees as permitted by law.

5. Subscription Services

Subscription services are billed monthly in advance and continue until properly cancelled in accordance with this section.

Cancellation Requirements

Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing with no less than one (1) full month’s notice and no later than three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.

This notice period is required due to advance planning, content creation, and allocation of team resources, which may occur up to two (2) weeks prior to the start of the upcoming month.

Cancellation requests submitted outside of this timeframe shall take effect in the subsequent billing cycle, and the applicable fees shall remain payable.

Cancellations are not effective unless and until confirmed in writing by Global Influence Agency.

No Partial Refunds

No refunds or credits will be issued for services already planned, produced, scheduled, or allocated, regardless of usage.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made to Global Influence Agency are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Deposits and retainers

  • Subscriptions and recurring services

  • Programs, courses, and training fees

  • Event registrations and tickets

  • Digital products and downloadable materials

No refunds shall be issued for non-participation, dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, or failure to implement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including but not limited to content, materials, systems, frameworks, processes, templates, recordings, and training, remains the exclusive property of Global Influence Agency.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for personal or internal business purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or exploit any GIA materials without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or confidential information disclosed in connection with the services.

Client data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Global Influence Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You expressly assume all risks associated with your business decisions and outcomes.

10. Termination

Global Influence Agency may suspend or terminate services immediately, without liability, if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Fail to meet payment obligations

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct

Termination does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

11. Force Majeure

Global Influence Agency shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable order forms, proposals, or service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Influence Agency and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

14. Acceptance

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using Global Influence Agency services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
